Vocational  Arts Apprenticeships for 16-25 year olds

June 10th – July 17th 2008

Gallery 37 Plus is a  vocational training programme for young people to  build on their creative and enterprise skills, make a portfolio and identify progression routes into the creative industries. 

The programme  will explore performing arts  and its relationship to music and digital art platforms by working on commissioned projects which will then be presented in commercial settings.   

This programme is suitable for beginners  who are unsure of their future plans or for those with a little more experience that need support and guidance to take the next steps. We especially welcome applicants who are not in any form of education, training or employment. 

All apprentices will receive a training grant which will cover expenses such as travel, lunch and childcare. Places will be awarded following interviews. 

Deadlines for applications is 9th May 2008 

Applications are made through referral agencies/organisation that work with young people.
