The Roundhouse is a centre of artistic excellence and an established creative hub for young people. Since reopening in 2006, the Roundhouse has gone through an impressive period of expansion: producing world-class art and incomparable creative opportunities for 11-25 year olds.

The Roundhouse works with around 3,000 young people every year, many of whom are experiencing or at risk of disadvantages supporting them to reach their creative potential by offering them unparalleled opportunities in music, media and the performing arts – this is the founding concept on which the reinvented Roundhouse was built and the reason behind everything we do.

We do whatever we can to break down barriers to participation and deliver tailored outreach programmes that target those who are disengaged and disadvantaged.

Our work focuses on personal and social outcomes, and besides providing access to state-of-the-art facilities and professional expertise, we also have a dedicated specialised advice service which offers practical and emotional support as well as information on training and employment opportunities.
